At Latest Bronte, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind within 30 days of the purchase date, you can get a refund as long as you have your original receipt or proof of purchase.

The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged. We will handle your refund or exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please keep in mind that earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

In these circumstances, we will pay for the return postage.
